Hi all. I am a self employed stylists working in an established business. I am looking at changing my pay structure from a weekly retainer and monthly teared commission basis to something more along the lines of a commission only percentage, paying my own tax, ACC etc. Does anyone have any ideas of what the recent average amount for Advanced senior stylists in New Zealand or the world get on a commission only basis? Or any other pay structures that I could look into. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
