Price increase-Help !

Hi guys I want to increase my prices which means doing a whole new price list/appointment cards but I want to put a little notice up next to them saying the prices are increasing slightly but how can I word it politely???

Getting your price lists/appointment cards redone doesn't have to be expensive. Can ask us for a quote if you so wish.

However to answer your question I would say could add a little note saying "such and such from ??th ???? 2013 will be increasing by %. I appreciate your custom."
