I did a scalp bleach(regrowth application) on a regular client last saturday, used Wella bleach(grandules) with 20vol (she is about a base 5)and I always use matrix SPV mixed with activator to tone her hair but this time her roots have turned out a light golden colour & the rest of her colour in the mid-lengths & ends was lovely, she also has her hair cut quite short at the sides & back so its quite visable, shes coming to get in corrected tomorrow evening so i would really appreciate some advice as to the best way to got about correcting this for her. Ive been colouring her hair the same way for a long time & im so annoyed that this has happened:sad:
