quattro?

when i use quattro it some time feels a bit tacky, is this because im not curing it for long enough or do i have to wipe with a cleanser???

hey,

you do not need to use a finishing wipe with Quattro, you may wanna try leaving your nails under the lamp for a bit longer.

You could also check the bulb in your UV lamp - it should only take about 2 minutes to cure Quatro

Also make sure your surface you are applying to is dull - if you put it onto unbuffed gel it just smears off and goes a bit yucky. I would pm Monkeystails - she is a bit of a genius when it comes to Star products!!
