Red to Brown hair?

Hello, my friend wants to dye her hair from red back to brown but obviously needs to neutrilise the red.
Basically wanted to know the ratio of wella koleston special mix 0/28 and wella 4/0?
With 30ml of 4/0 how much special mix do I use to neutralise out the red?

Depends on how red it is? Is it a copper, auburn, violet red?? And are u wanting a flat brown or any warmth at all??

its faded so like auburn, and just a little bit or warmth but mostly jut pure brown x
