Refectocil not as good?

We have been using Refectocil Brand tints for years but have recently found that it doesn't take as well as it used to. Has anyone else found this? They have changed the packaging of both the tints and the peroxide (we use the cream developer) so not sure if the formulation has changed.

Yes I have also found it lacks the depth it used to have, I thought it was just me for a while - also use cream developer.

We did wonder if it was the developer since the packaging changed as we have used the new developer with an old tube of tint and that didn't seem to develop as well. It's really annoying as we have found it to be the best brand up until now.

I know, it's so frustrating when you have a great product and it starts to disappoint.
