Hello All,
Was anyone in a similar situation?
I am about to start renting a treatment room in Preston, Fulwood for Physical Therapy/Acupuncture etc.
Does the Council require a D1 planning for rooms on their own?
The room is situated in beauty salon which is of course A1.
