Russian lashes help-ready to throw in the towel!

HELP!!!!!

Where am i going wrong?!?!?! I see so many lash techs giving out these amazing sets of lashes.....yet mine just seem utter sh**e compared!!
Any advice, all advice, please give me :-(

Makes me really sad but i just want to give up an stick to semi's

Oh bugger it won't let me upload the pic, but when I look back and see how far I've come that keeps me going! Just keep practising! I make little fans while watching TV and stick them to a sponge for practise! Lol!xx
