Sallys distribution centre

I may be being a bit silly asking this question but can you go and shop in the sallys distribution centres? I have one up the road from me and I need some nsi tips the shop in town doesn't sell them and was thinking of popping in and getting some.

Where we live we have a Sally's store that anyone can buy from and we have the trade only Sally warehouse and you need a Sally's card to be able to shop in there so depends what store it is really.
