Salon at home

Hi Guys

Does anyone know if I need planning permission for a small 1 person salon in the back garden? I have off street parking so won't interfere with other residents.

Also does it affect your mortgage?

You will have to ask your local council ,they all have different rules ,but I would think if it is a separate building then yes you will need permission ,and you should let your mortgage know :-D
