Hi! I did an online video interview for a position in Smashbox over a week ago and haven't heard anything back since.
In the meantime, I got offered another position from another company the other day, but Smashbox is my dream job. If anyone applied for Smashbox or Estee Lauder position, how long did it take to hear back from them after the video interview please. Thanks in advance
