Spray tan prep

Hi bit random but instead of using moisturiser on the elbows, knees, hands n ankles prior to a spray tan, will baby lotion do the same thing?xxx

depends if there is any oil in it, I would guess yes so would be too much of a barrier as the products for tan are oil free so it will moisturise dry areas but not act as a total barrier hth xx
