When I was employed at a salon I did too, but again, just my friends and family who I had done at home while training and before starting there so they were originally my clients and it had nothing to do with the salon xozo

Only family and friends and only cutting no colouring as I'm not insured

My contracts state that my employees cannot set up a rival business, which means they cannot work in competition with me as their employer. With family, they get a 50% discount in the salon.
I expect my staff to put all their efforts into building up their clienteles at work, not at home. If they cannot build up a good regular client base at work, well they cannot keep their jobs. No point employing people who cant make the salon a profit.
