I have gone through the 'Sterex Testing Procedure' guide in the manual and according to that my machine works fine, however, I am finding the current isn't strong enough and i'm not getting the results I am used to with my previous machine (Silhouette) . I dont want to pay to get it serviced if I don't need to. Any suggestions what it could be???
