Tan spraying technique

Hey girls, do any of u have a diagram of the spraying technique on the body? I got given one in my training and I've lost it. It had diagrams of the amount of vertical lines down the parts of the body etc..?

Different courses use different techniques.. I'm also unsure how you could do a set amount of lines on people's bodies when they're all such different shapes and sizes.

You can do any routine you like so long as you don't miss any bits, go with how you feel comfortable
