Hey fellow Hair Geeks, I am a Nail and Skin Geek.
So I have this head of hair, it is past my shoulders. It is thin, doesn't really hold a curl even with spray and setting lotions. I work as an esthetician so I put it up with a clip every day. I am thinking about cutting it...but it has taken me years to get it this long and I'm not sure I really want to. :Scared: I need some suggestions from you. Where I work they suggest cutting it into a bob without layers as it is thinning so much my scalp shows especially in the front. Any ideas how I could wear my hair or cuts. I don't do layers as it is so thin. Menopause has done me in. :irked:

Just go bald for locks of love.

If it has got thinner after menopause you need to see a trichologist as this can be sorted. Also try new intra force by redken, which is great for thinning hair.

As for style, the blunter the better, however long layers can work well on very fine hair. Just keep away from short layers on the top. xx
