Ts20 machine splattering

Hi
My ts20 machine keeps splattering over the chest area and tops of legs, why is this?? I keep fiddling with the density dial but cant get it right. Its driving me mad!! ☹☹

Have you taken it apart and given it a good clean recently?

It's brand new, it's been doing it ever since I started using it. I clean it thoroughly after each use. :/

Could be that you might need to turn down the flow of solution....or are you making sure that you keep the spray gun upright at all times.
You should only be using 40-60mls of solution, how much are you using?
Obviously, can only suggest on the information you have said..so hope this helps.

Mine had started doing this too, but I've had it for about 5 years. The 'flow spring' doesn't work as well as it should so I think I'll just order a new gun. (It's been cleaned and dried regularly )
