Wella colour advise please

hi, iv just finished my maternity leave and im going back to work and they have started using wella koleston,
can anybody tell me the differences bewtween koleston and loreal (which is what they used before)
this may seem like i silly question and im sure i will get the hang of using it when i go back to work but was just hopeing for a little advise about the range, thanks

They should have a conversion chart, loreal to wella, there .7 is not green in wella. There's lots of little differences.
