What colour is this please

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows what this colour is, the lady says it is Shellac but that is number 9. However Shellac doesn't come in numbers, wondering if it's Shellac or if she has the name/number wrong?

Perhaps where she had them done they number their colours
