Any one else really disappointed with poison plum shellac? I think the advertisement is a poor representation of colour. It should be a beautiful purple equivalent of butterfly queen when it sits more alongside dark lava! Not happy. Should have checked the swatches before ordering! Damn!

I totally agree! Was expecting a bright cheerful mauve.....but it's not at all - such a shame.

I used Pacific sunset & black shadow. arctic freeze for the patterns but neon pigments over the cured white. x

Mine, regular lacquer as always. Was so difficult to get smooth, there's like a million layers of topcoat, plus I buffed in between with a white block and still the gradients aren't perfectly smooth! The stamped nail in the middle is really glassy and smooth somehow, I genuinely think I used about 5 layers of topcoat on it or something! X
