What temp to iron bleached hair with global keratin

Hi
I usually use ghds to iron global keratin in but have bought titanium plates and was wondering what temp I should turn down to is it 160-170? My new ones go up to 235 so too hot lol!!

They sent me there education yesterday, it says 230 for normal hair and 200 for fine, bleached/over processed hair xx
