What tips do I use???

Is it best to use tips with the well area already cut out, or is it best to use a full well??

It entirely depends on the circumstances and the finished look you want to acheive! You NEED to have the choice.

I would never buy a tip with the well all cut out. I prefer to do the tailoring myself as circumstances dictate. There is no way a tip with the well area removed could be right for the majority of clients.
