Hey.
This is the 1st time I have posted. Just looking for some advice. Our salon lease is up been 12 years! It’s come too a time in my life that I’m ready too give the salon up and go and work for someone. I feel I could earn more money as at the moment I get a wage but every thing ploughed into overheads etc! I have a business partner so feels the same.
So...!
Do I rent a chair(only work 3days a week) or do percentage. I have a really good clientele base but I don’t won’t too go work for someone and just what I feel like give me business too them.
Or do u just need too get over it.
Thanks holly.

Definitely rent a chair. Better profit margin for you.

could you release and offer it to someone else to manage then stop on as a chair rental?
