Hi guys I have been using nioxin for about 3 months now, my hair fell out about a year and a half ago due to bleaching. I used to have thick hair but now it's thin because of the loss. I'm just wondering if I am using the correct system which is number 3? Wasn't sure if I should use system 4... Anyway any comments would be appreciated, thanks.
