Hi guys,

I just wanted to ask if all you techs working from home either full or part time had insurance, registered with the inland rev and have done all the other stuff we'er meant to do?
Its just that working from home might be an option one day.

Yes, yes and yes I only work part time from home as I am at college full time but I wouldnt want to take the chance of being caught, and couldnt live with the guilt of cheating. Dread to think what would happen if you had no insurance and God forbid something went seriously wrong. IMHO its not worth taking a chance on.

Hope this helps

same here - im insured for all pet - so get yours too if and when you decide to work from home chuck - its the safest way these days

my gosh yes, otherwise you would hav no right to call yourself proffesional!

definately sort your insurance - your leaving yourself wide open for trouble if you dont ! For the sake of £40 its not worth it !

ANd register with the tax man or theyre could be trouble in the long run !!

best to be safe than sorry !

AMB X
