x2 colour questions

Hi

I have the pink crazy colour, if I mix it with conditionar to dilute will it still take on my hair? or should I dilute it with water then apply conditionar after like symbio?

I want to create Ombre hair style I was planning on using 6 on roots 6.3 on mid lengths and bleach on ends in a mixture on weaves and slice foils then any hair that is left out applying 6 all over, is this the bes way or is there an easier way???
