@Ambermist, most organic spray tans are Aloe Vera-based. I am surprised you didn't know that, given your 15 years in the industry.

A product is classed as organic if it has >85% organic ingredients. It is rare to find a 100% organic product.

Are you putting too much glue on?

They are areas of dry skin rather like age spots (no offence to your mum). They look skin-coloured but when you put the tan on they go darker. Ask your mum to have a really good scrub before her tan, particularly these areas, and put a bit of moisturiser on them.
