Hey. So my cousin has so much black hair dye in , done a strand test and lifted to a level 4 red . What colour would I put on if I wanted to make it a brown with no red ? Would it be a 4 with Matt in ? The green tone ?

Thank you so much. It’s hard sometimes putting my point across as you would know they can be quite stubborn lol. Only reason I said this is because my old hair dresser uses highlift tint with 3% as a toner

Can I ask some advice please . When somebody has a regrowth and bleach highlights on mids/ends and decides this time they want high lift tint what would I do please ? Because of the regrowth you would use the 12% with the highlift tint but if I went over the bleached part with the 12% that’s not...

Ahhh ok I think I understand now. Thank you very much . So if somebody is a bleached level 10 and I was adding an 8 as low light I could use an 8.5 which is a Gold. Would that work? The gold can be the tone needed to stop the greeny colour is that right ?? Sorry just want to be sure

Do you think it would be possible to use a 8.5. Then the 5 tone would be acting as the filler possibley?
