Thank you, I wasn’t sure if I could use bleach on grey, is it because it’s dark grey It can still be lifted with bleach. Wasn’t sure if I us to use HLT x

I have a client that is grey but wants her hair coloured all over the same colour as her fringe. Can I bleach the rest of it and then time it all? Any suggestions on the best way of achieving this will be greatly appreciated. I’ve attached a pic of her hair as it as now. X

Hey, this client is coming today. She wants to go to a 7.8, so should I just bleach bath to an orange!yellow and then apply? I don’t need to pre pig with a 7.8 (mocha blonde) do I? Thanks for the response x

I’m using L’Oréal majirel. I’m not sure I’m assuming it’s box dye x

I have a client with grown out faded red wanting to go to a 5.8 mocha brown. Would i need to bleach bath to lift out the red first or can I put the colour straight on top? This is her hair now xx

Hiya! I had a client who wanted to go blonde from very dark box dye. We managed to get it to lift eventually but was very resistant and now needs another go over and toner to get rid if the yellow. However underneath is really bright I'm wondering if pre softening the top would help it lift...
