    Shellac, 1 hour removal?

    Hi, could there be a link between clients who have their Shellac on for 4wks and very long removal ie 1hr, what are the chances that the longer it is on the harder it is to remove ? I just did one today, removed with dissolve, took an hour and i still had to rub
