brows eyebrow tint wax

I have been tinting for 10+ years and it’s the first time it’s happened! I did a lash lift & tint today but the tint has dyed the client facial hair just below the eye area. God know how but it has.! We cannot get it off and the client is fuming so should I wax it off?

I was thinking about doing hd brows however I think the price of the training is a lot considering I’m already trained in tinting and waxing and makeup. The only thing I’ve never done is threading. My question is do we really need to train in another course to offer a brow treatment like this...
