Acrylic or gel for soft peeky nails

Hi I don't do extensions and so just wondered which is best for my nails in terms of staying power? My nails are very soft, bendy and a bit peely. Thank you x

Generally speaking liquid & powder (acrylic) are harder & much more durable,they are far better suited for a nail plate like yours x
