Can someone tell me if the normal Akzentz gel nail products (bonder, builder) can be soaked of or do I need to file it off?

I'm a client. Was hoping to save a few bucks in the run up to my holiday. I've looked at the soak off options now and I'm just about ready to purchase, just need to go over what I need!!
