At the moment there are no guaranteed cures for alopecia. It's a condition that comes and goes and the only predictable thing about the condition is that it's unpredictable.
There are many folks out there with 'snake oil' cures, but in reality, that's all they are.
If you are a hairdresser and have clients/family/friends with the condition, then there is one place that they can get help. It's an internet forum, which has over 2000 members, all of whom are willing to share their experiences. There is also a website with a lot of information about the condition as well as listing support groups around the UK.
I hope that you find this information useful....... for the record, I have a form of alopecia and for me the best thing for me has been acceptance which came about by me by wearing a wig. They're fab!
