Hi there,
I have been a mobile nail and Spray Tan tech for the past 4 years. I have now decided to open up a salon, and this is happening on the 8th October...i have now got into panick mode, im not doing this alone i am in partnership with my friends (a nail tech), but i am still worried as i have such high expectations that i want everything to run smoothly.
Setting up has cost me a fortune but i dont want to hve forgotten anything. Anyone out there have any tips for me - just opened a salon? or have you been doing it for years? Any help/advice would be fantastic.
