App or program for poster design?

Not sure if its the same one but there's an iOS app called 'poster+'.

Looks like Adobe Photoshop.
Having it is one thing but the skill to use all the different effects used on that is another.

I'd probably recommend contacting a designer. Carl from Verve Designs does this kind of thing cheaply.

Totally agree!

The poster+ app I have is a complete minefield and I often get frustrated because I don't really know what I'm doing. I've managed to make a few passable pics but someone with more experience would use them as note paper probably lol.

Try picmonkey.com if you want to DIY but if u want a nice one done ask Carl from verve
