Apprentice works contract?

Hi. Has anyone got a template for a works contract for an apprentice? Look on the web but I can't find what I'm after

When I took on my apprentice I wanted one and couldn't find anything the college assured me that the learner contract covers everything and your own written salon policies stand alongside it, if you do find one tho can you share please I'd love to see one
