Baby oil

Hi geeks,

I always use baby oil every time I do a Brazilian, the lady at my supply share house maintains never use baby oil , and to use a Lycon or other professional brand pre wax oil.
Is this necessary?

Im pretty sure that baby oil is just a basic mineral oil, and most waxing oils are also just mineral oils with added perfumes or essential oils.
It really goes without saying that a professional product looks nicer on your waxing trolley, but from a service point of view I cant see it making any difference to your waxing x
