Babyliss heated rollers

Please can someone tell me how long you should leave these rollers to heat up, it does not say in the instructions!

Hey! I have these rollers also. If you are referring to the black ones in a clear/black case. On one of the large rollers, usually the middle one. There is a little heat detecting spot thing (should be red). You leave the rollers to heat up until the little spot goes white.
