Base colour for mirror effect nails?

Question for anyone who has experimented with mirror effect nails (chrome nails)...

After researching this process for two hours tonight - i am obsessed + can't wait to have a go! I've just ordered some to try out, i want a rose gold. So just wondering what the best shade of red or pink is best to use underneath? Even better if you could tell me an OPI shade!

I don't know in opi shades but I used a neon pink from madam glam

I think neon or bright coloured pinks work best for a rose gold effect x
