I just trained in waxing and tinting eyebrows, I wanted one for that.

I think what you are probably looking for is a beauty magnifying light. All the beauty wholesalers sell these and the price depends on quality.
I would suggest you buy it with a trolley that has a hole to slot the light into. This will be for facials and electrolysis too should you train in these at a later stage.
Look for a 'cold light'
