I have two rooms available, for immedeate occupation, one for nails, manicure/pedicure treatments the other with beauty couch, waxing facials etc.
I initially rented these rooms to a lady in January, she has been building up her business but unfortunately has just been diagnosed with M.E and has informed me she won't be returning to work. Mostly passing trade, currently with a limited number of repeat business for nails(acrylic tip/overlay), waxing, manicures and pedicures.
The rooms are on the first floor.The entrance and ground floor with the main retail area dedicated to Bath and body cosmetics and a consultation room for diet and nutrition. Upstairs we also have a vibro suite with Vibration Plates (Power Plates) We are situated in a pretty, (but exclusive!) secondary location in the town centre of Stafford.
This opportunity would ideally suit an ambitious therapist who would maybe want to branch out on their own and develop a business without the risk of setting up a salon on their own.

PS.. :!:I am open to negotitiation on these rooms with no set precedence of how they will operate. The current deal was on a profit share, I have turned approx £300.00 of business away this week from walk in's !!!!
There is a beauty couch and waxing pot and nail desk and as stated we can negotiate other equipment and or stock, products... so come on someone take the plunge if you all want work there has to be someone who wants to take the risk.... ,:lol:
