Beauty room rental Manchester (M25)

Hi,
I’m looking to rent a beauty room in the prestwich area (M25) of Manchester or surrounding area. I’m from Leeds so have no current client base so if some one is possibly looking for a commission based agreement to then move onto weekly/monthly rent.
I’m level 3 qualified in nails services as well as completing courses in warm waxing and lash lift and soon completing eyelash extension, intimate hot wax and high definition eyebrow course.
