Beauty room rental

I've been asked to rent a room in a salon that opened last weekend.
What questions should I ask??xx

Is it a hair or beauty salon that the rooms in?
I would ask how it would work pay structure weather you would have to pay commission or set monthly rental.
Stock would you be buying your own stock? If so would anyone else have access to your tools.
I'm sure I'll think of some more x

It's beauty room. They've asked for £100ovno. My I own equipment bit all bills etc covered. As its a new salon I was thinking of asking 2 weeks free space to get leaflets out etc do you think that's likely?x

Hi

I would push for 1 months free rent if you can.

You need to know the following:-

is heating/lighting/laundry included in rent
can room be locked and only you and owner have access
do you have access to hot and cold running water
does heating work (don't assume it does!)
does it have a window that can open on hot days
will they advertise for you
can you do cross promotions with the salon

You need to be aware that you will have to pay rent on days off / holidays etc.

sure there's loads more but its a bit too early!
