Beauty Therapist and or Beauty Specialists
Salary - Various Options available for suitable candidates - Good Rates for those of you still training!
Requirements Qualification in area of specialism, NVQ levels 2, working towards level 3 or Level 3 and above (or equivalent qualification)
Busy Beauty & Aesthetics Salon near Dorking Town Centre with own client parking and discreet access are looking for a new team player, full and/or part - time
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
Happy to go the extra mile to stand out from the crowd with a willingness to learn & progress
Flexibility, common sense and the ability to think on your feet.
Strong communications skills (Chatty! Ability to converse with clients at all levels, young and old)
Belief in good old fashion customer services along with a genuine enthusiasm to build and maintain your client relationships
If you are someone with passion and talent in one or two particular areas, ie waxing, nails or lash extensions (These are just examples, could be any treatment) then we are really keen to hear from you. We believe in nurturing and training for individuals who have a flare in a specific arena.
Qualified in Electrolysis would be an advantage but really not essential - (This is a service we do not currently offer but would like to!)
Training will always be provided for the right people, in house and externally. Keeping skills updated and cutting edge are very important.
Unsociable hours are part of our industry, we are open 7 days a week during winter and 6 days in the summer, with fairly long opening hours, therefore we can be reasonable flexible with hours and shifts offered for part-timers however you will be required to work late night/s Saturday/s and or Sunday/s. Positions open to Therapists looking for either full or part time hours.
