hi please keep in contact with us we are looking to set up a shop on north hill in the town centre, but are only in looking stages at the moment as it would count on us filling all three rooms upstairs, we would be a shop selling nail art supplies down stairs and have 3 therapy rooms upstairs we have already possibly rented one to a eyelash technician so we have two left the place is currently set up as a beauty therapists with a hairdressers next door so already has a known customer base

Hello, im also looking to rent a room on colchester. Im training in CND nail enhancements and will be qualified in may, im also qualified in Shellac, Nail Art and SiennaX at the end of this month (march) I have a NVQ2 in Beauty Therapy aswell. Many thanx.xx
