Best replacement tape for hair extensions please?

Can anyone recommend a good tape to use for replacing onto the tabs for tape hair?

Can anyone recommend any?
The one I use now is only lasting 1-2 weeks where as the tape I used with wefts was lasting me 8-12 + weeks but it is too big to use on the tabs......thanks to anyone for the advice

Paul's hair world sell it for abour £4-5?, avoid the hair but the products are great x
