I'll be blunt and say I think Euros do better/clearer and cleaner blondes than many of us here in the US. Many of ours look too brassy. Too many colorists dump the volume 30 and 40 on their clients just to get them processed faster. I have rarely met any colorist here who understands low and slow method.

I do 30 with balayage, but that's different.

And not to say that all Euros follow the low and slow method, but it's discussed more. I'll have to find an article about a NYC colorist that Swedes in the city will only visit because she doesn't do these awful brassy blondes. I'd be curious if she did lower volume peroxide.
