It's not rocket science - treat your staff well, appreciate them, thank them and recognise their hard work and they will repay you with dedication, loyalty and hard work. No company seems to know this better than Sally Salon Services who held the Sally Beauty Holdings annual Excellence Awards to recognise the outstanding achievements of staff from SBHs Sally and Salon Services stores.
One outstanding employee had more to celebrate when she was awarded a £10,000 prize after being named 'Top Store Manager of the Year'. Emma Bennett, manager of the Sutton Coldfield store, scooped the prize after being selected from eighty-nine other store managers.
Richard Hull, group VP and MD for SBH UK & Ireland said, "The Excellence Awards are a great opportunity to honour the hard work of our amazing staff who deliver the best possible service and expert advice to our customers," explains Richard. "Emmas contribution to our business and dedication to our customers has been extraordinary this year, and her stores performance has been second to none."
Emma said, "Its a great privilege to receive this award. Im very proud of the Sutton Coldfield teams dedication and hard work as I couldnt have achieved this without them."
The event was held at National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham and hosted by ITV presenter, Stephen Mulhern. The chart-topping electronic music duo, Groove Armada, kept 200 guests dancing the night away.
Until then...geek on!
