Can anybody recommend a good nail tech in FLORIDA?

I don't know if it's just me but I am having a VERY hard time finding an experienced nail tech where I live who does a GOOD quality job. I have been to many places but most turn out to be cheapie places (where they barely speak english) and do a really rushed and sloppy job. I am giving up here.

I live in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Can anybody recommend any good nail techs in my area? I am getting desperate!
